Check-in	From 14:00 until 19:00 * For late check-in extra fee € 20.
Late Check-in paid service	19:00/22:00 – €20 22:00/00:00 – €30 00:00/02:00 – €50 To be paid in cash upon arrival to the late check-in operator. Check-in is not possible after 02:00
As an alternative to late check-in, you can choose to do the free self check-in following the staff's instructions
Check-out	From 06:00 until 11:00
Cancellation policy	Credit card is used as a guarantee only. In case of cancellation before 12:00 3 days prior to arrival (local time), no penalty will be applied. In case of late cancellation or no-show the first night will be charged (for stays of one night 30% of the total amount will be charged). The city tax of 3,50 Euros per person per night is not included.
Children	All children under 3 years stay free (when using existing beds). One child under 2 years stays free of charge (sleeping in cot / crib). Any type of extra bed or baby cot is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Pets	Pets are not allowed.
Credit Cards	Accepted credit cards: American Express, Diners Club, Visa, Euro/Mastercard, JCB, Cartasì.
